There are two options available for working with us: a one-time health assessment and medication/supplement management review; and a more comprehensive program that includes 6 sessions over 6 weeks. Our six-week program will start by reviewing your complete health and family history, to set the right goals that are achievable for you. We will then work over the next few sessions together to provide you the proper knowledge and education you need which may include areas of nutrition, physical activity, sleep, hydration, stress management, and other growth opportunities.
